"We loved how clean and easily accessible the hotel was to the town and the train. Prefect for a weekend get away to ski. I would skip the breakfast ( though the bread was great) and go to the Coop as we had a small kitchen in the room. Plus there are some nice cafe's in town for food or small treats in the morning. A bit of a walk to the ski lifts so I would take a bus or other shoes and change. Staff were nice. Would stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."
