Great Location on the waterfront and convenience for attending concerts in the Federation Hall. Close to the ferry to Mona and the Salamanca market, the Fri night Food & Music Festival (not sure it this runs everyweek?). So happy with a room with 2 double beds (though double beds are really too small, should be 2 Queens) on the 19th floor. My room was on the city facing side - was a bit noisy - traffic noise and not sure if the windows are double glazed? Bed was super comfy; room & bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff were efficient & helpful but not very friendly. So convenient as the Skybus from & to the airport drop off & picks up right next to the Hotel! First time to Hobart, was pleasantly surprised how beautiful it is and walkable. Not many places to eat near the hotel after 9pm even on a Fri/Sat night. Ba Wa Izakaya for delicious ramen (lunch only 12-3pm), Twisted Sister for yummy Thai & Sawak Cafe for Malaysian; something about the quality of Tasmanian produce? - all the food was very tasty!! even the tap water tasted nice. Unfortunately could not find a good coffee on this trip. Fantastic variety at the Salamanca Market.
Great location, clean, professional staff, great on property restaurant.

Liked: Staff & service
Parking was $20 per day extra to park a car which is ridiculous.
Beds were terribly uncomfortable and asked for a mattress topper which was provided.
Staff were friendly but probably won’t stay there again
What a nice hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Mrs. Donna was so nice and friendly. Very helpful. Also, Hussoin at the front desk. We loved staying there.
Beautiful view of the piers from the hotel. Could do better with slight variation of the breakfast daily. Give us something to look forward to.
Excellent service with friendly staff 😊
It’s a nice hotel I would definitely stay there again. The bed and pillows were very soft and we slept great. Very comfortable. Easy access to around downtown Hobart very walkable right across from the arena.
Plenty of restaurants and the restaurant downstairs was pretty good with a great selection, if I say anything, the only annoying part would be it is a conference center and there’s a lot of conference people there, which made it louder than normal because of the big groups

Great location and views. Bathroom small and getting dated
Great location with fabulous views over the harbour. The Sky bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel.

This is a great hotel. It checks all the boxes, location, cleanliness, staff excellence, room size, amenities, and the view. We would definitely stay there again.
Loved the service and location of this hotel. The only issue was the carpet is quite old and unfortunately my partner suffers from allergies so this lessened our enjoyment. The sauna was also not very hot albeit a dry sauna.
Staff, room service and the pillow menu were all excellent. :-)
Lovely hotel right across from the harbour and very short walk to the city main shopping strip. Slightly dated facilities but it’s location and friendly staff make up for it. Cannot fault the service
Amazing hotel!! The staff went above and beyond. The room was clean and the view was out of a postcard. Loved every minute there. Very convenient to everything!
At check-in your staff member realised that it was my birthday the next day and organised a complimentary bottle of Tasmanian Sauvignon Blac to be left in our room with a lovely note.
Exceptional service from all staff we encountered.

Hotel in great location near the Harbour
Buffet Breakfast was nice
Staff at front desk not overly friendly - only 2 front office staff were helpful and friendly
Expensive rooms for average stay
We spent 5 nights in this amazing hotel. So well located just across from the Harbour. We were in an executive suite which was beautiful. Our views of the Harbour were spectacular. Staff were kind and attentive. Property was clean and well Maintained. It was my wife’s birthday and management even provided her with a king gift and card. Could not have asked for more. Thanks very much.
Location is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby. The staffs are friendly. Buffet breakfast is great with lots of options. Room is clean and quiet.
To be honest this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in as a family for a long time.
Every area was top notch, and from the .oment we arrived to the moment we left we where well looked after
We will definitely use again.
Overall good experience but upon checking out was overcharged for the number of buffet breakfasts we had. Concierge staff were responsive to rectifying the error, so all good in the end!
Great location and easy to walk to lots of places such as the Saturday markets, restaurants and shops. Stayed on 16th floor with views to Wellington. If you can, ask for views of harbour. Staff were friendly and when they didn't replace towels it was an easy fix when queried. Would stay again.
