Place listed with swimming pool and gym as amenities but guests aren’t allow to use. We booked 12 days with 3 young kids and were not allow to use the swimming pool. It is a scam to get people to rented the place. It is wrong and not acceptable for such advertisement. I filed a complaint with Expedia and hopefully it is being corrected and future guests are not being scam by the owner.

Not a hotel. Owner is subletting their apartment, in a building that does not allow owners to do so. Please note that such guests do not receive any support from staff. Also, guests who book these rooms are not allowed to use the pool. Fairly disappointing based on what I booked and paid for. Fantastic, central location though.
