The space
People love staying with us for our warm welcoming hospitality, great location close to city center without having too noisy traffic.
We clean up the room ourself as it is a family business, we want to offer our warm hospitality to the guests.

We can accommodate 3rd and 4th person by our 1.6m sofa bed. There will be extra fee for this optional service providing extra pillows, bed sheet and blanket.

Guest access
The provided card allows you to enter to your studio floor which is 5th and the 7th floor or terrace garden/gym/pool.
Otherwise, the friendly guards will help to enter your desired floor

Other things to note
The apartment is on 5th floor so please expect some traffic noise from bridge but it certainly not as noisy as Bui Vien or business center areas.
Trash room is opposite to the studio. Please help to remove trash when staying more than 2 days.
Extra cleaning will be requested for cleaning fee. The service includes changing the king size bed sheet and towel for 2 people, cleaning floors, and taking out trash.
