"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just a five-minute walk from the Grand Plaza. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the piano bar, which was the perfect place to relax in the evening. Hotel Navarra has a wonderful charm and character, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Great location in Brugge. A street away from the daytime crowds so peaceful both day and night. We had a king size bed and a comfy seating area with a love seat sofa. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The desk staff quickly arranged taxi service for us to the train station for day trips and at the last minute, when we decided on a car transfer to Brussels. They made everything easy for us. In addition to the daily breakfast, we ate in the restaurant a couple of times and both times the meal was well prepared and tasty. The manager of the restaurant, Thomas, was helpful in his meal and beer suggestions. Not only for us, but it was obvious the time he spent with each table listening to the customer. We were very pleased with our choice of hotels in Brugge."
