Tastefully decorated with lots of windows for sunlight along with darkening shades when required. Spacious back balcony with staircase & parking (rare). Near Victoria Park 5 minute walk & lots of restaurants within walking distance.Kristy is very helpful, informative & attentive. No issues with responding quickly. A great stay. I would rate 10"

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
