"Room was clean, but the room was also very hot. Microwave did not work at first. They sent somebody up to fix it, but I still had to sleep in a hot room because the air was not working. I went down to ask the lady at the front desk for a microwave because my work was not working and she rushed me away assuring me that someone was coming up to fix all these issues I was having only for him to get up there take a board off the countertop to plug up the microwave and tell me to just turn the air off and turn it back on again and it should work overall it was a nice hotel very clean"
