"The staff was fantastic, the lady at the lobby when we did our check in was great and the night and morning crew as well. Breakfast was good, the breakfast area was too crowded that we couldn’t walk but the breakfast selection was great. The room was very nice , nice Dove products , amazing mirror to do my make up , great amenities but we couldn’t sleep that well but it was not the hotels fault at all. The hotel is amazing but our next door neighbors were so loud at night and early in the morning at sound 5:45am they woke us up because of the noise but other than that the hotel is A+++++"

"I am not a person who writes reviews however I feel that this property deserves one. It’s EXCELLENT! We will stay here when we come to Ashland from here forward. Very nice, clean, quiet room. The bathroom was immaculate, the bedding very nice and the room spacious and comfortable. Great place to stay for any type of trip. We will absolutely stay here again! "

"This was a great little find for us. Its part of the best western family and we've always had very pleasant experiences with the brand. Its very walkable. So much to see within a few blocks. Great place to stay if you're attending a show for the Shakespeare festival. Our only issue was the spiders. So many spiders, outside on the car and in our room. We only stayed one night but managed to get jump scared by spiders a few times.it wasnt a terrible experience, just a note if youve got a fear of creepy crawlies. Overall though a great stay and the complimentary morning breakfast was such a comfort."
