Easy parking. good beach. Nice, chill lifeguards. good place for walking around. Very easy to get to other cool places: aquarium, boat launch for boat tour, cute restaurant, etc. We loved sitting on the porch watching the beach people and sky/sea."

"The property was extremely clean and the landscaping was very well maintained . There’s 4 bedrooms and ample space for air mattresses plus the couches and space on the first floor. Which makes it ideal for larger groups. I had 11 people and everyone had a comfortable amount of space for the weekend. The porches and common areas around the property is extremely nice, especially nice with a larger party. It’s also right next to the boardwalk and beach, which is great for watching the sunrise/sunset which made for some great moments and pictures. Also within 15 minutes of many different restaurants, bars and casinos. Also very easy to catch an uber/taxi. All in all 10/10, would love to come back given the opportunity."

"What a wonderful comfortable home for all 11 of us! And thanks to the prop Mgr our brief freezer issue was resolved immediately. Thx Renee! The first floor where you enter is not the main living space. There are 4 bedrooms on that level with the front door & garage. As you go up the extra wide spiral staircase, you enter the main living level. This level was perfect for our group. We were able to fit all 11 of us at the dining room table. The balcony on that floor got a lot of use. We especially loved the 2 comfy high top Adirondack chairs. Something else to note is there was power on the balcony so we were able to plug-in and play soft music as we conversed. We even ate pizza out there one night. As you continue up the spiral staircase to the third floor, there are 2 more bedrooms one of which was the king master BR with its own balcony. The area is very nice and is quiet at night. Many of us took morning walks on the boardwalk and spoke with some of the locals. Our awesome view from this home was of Brigantine across the inlet & the beach right across the street that had the infamous AC boardwalk. The beach is very clean and not crowded during the week. Mr Softee ice cream truck even made daily appearances! There’s a small conven. store that was about a 10 minute walk but it didn’t sell some basic essentials like tissues and bags of ice. Historic Gardeners Basin was about a 10 minute walk which has an aquarium, Ale House restaurant and the pier. I recommend walking there."
