"What a warm and very inviting HOME away from home. It is so well decorated, many books to read on the comfy sofa or near the incredible backyard with so much to see. Just lovely place. Sandy does a remarkable job with the yard and cleaning. I washed my clothes so I don’t need to worry when I get home to do laundry. Love the gas stove and refrigerator. "This was a great stay for two nights. The location is a bit off the beaten path but a nice spot directly on the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway. Great views from the balcony and large windows of the waterway and the boats and ships passing through. The room was nearly perfect for two guests, staying two nights. The bathroom was a bit tight and could use a little refreshing. Overall a nice , quiet and relaxing experience. "

"The cabin is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our brief stay. The floors were swept but very dirty. Once we wiped that down all was well. The midges are obnoxious so we'll add bug spray to our list next year. A neighboring cabin brought a screen to put over their door and that was really smart. Fun atmosphere, quiet campground, beautiful location. Definitely a great place to stay. Next year we'll stay longer!"

"We overall enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout was great, the inside was clean and comfortable, the amenities were good! Communication with hosts was quick. However, we were disappointed because it was not really spring- ready; we had to wash out the canoes/ kayaks/ paddle boards of hundreds of spiders, wash the outside chairs to be able to use them, and all of the Wii remote batteries were dead with no replacements. Especially since all properties this particular weekend were up-charged due to the Coast Guard Marathon (which is why we were also traveling), it sucked to pay that much money to spend an hour and a half cleaning the advertised amenities. We would still recommend this house since most of the canoes should be good to go and it’s a great relaxing location! "

"We had a great stay in this cottage. The cottage was small but still comfortable for my family of 5. It's efficiently designed. The campground is great for families with multiple fishing spots, firepits, a playground, and activities. The only downside we experienced was the HVAC unit in our cottage stopped working on our final morning. Overall I'd definitely recommend this location."
