"Terrible smell as smoking is allowed in the middle of the entrance lobby. Also, the smallest and outdated bathroom facilities. Check-in staff was most helpful, but when we asked to call a taxi upon departure, we were given a card with a telephone number… When we explained that we don’t speak Japanese and the taxi company certainly doesn’t speak English… they very reluctantly called for us… Troubling to say the least! Other than that, the location is perfect if you want to visit the museum and drop-off site."

"I unfortunately have to rank this hotel as terrible as I was offered a smoking room and I can't stand smoking rooms. I still do not understand in this day and age why they are still so many years behind the times and offer smoking rooms. They should just make all rooms non-smoking and increase revenue. Smokers can go outside to smoke. Unfortunately I'll never return to this hotel again, not unless they change their policies."
