"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Tauern Residenz in Radstadt, Austria. The apartment was very well equipped and very nicely furnished. I had a great view from the balcony to the mountains and the pool. The pool was heated and was a personal highlight to me. There is also a sauna and steam bath as well as a fitness center and a massage bed. Everything is super clean and very inviting. "

We also enjoyed the spa and only comment we have is that we wished the jacuzzi water should be warmer. "Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend "
