Er is ook een laadpaal aan die woning, maar gasten mogen die niet gebruiken - dat valt dus zwaar tegen! Er worden nu nieuwe woningen gebouwd en een daarvan kijkt recht in de woonkamer binnen. "We stayed for three weeks in the summer and two weeks over Christmas this year. It is a wonderful apartment and very much hope that we will return. It is modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully warm and exceptionally well equipped. The Wi-Fi is brilliant and the ski storage room is excellent. I really can’t recommend this apartment enough and we have been very impressed for both stays here. Alex is the local host and nothing is too much trouble for her, she goes out of her way to help. Brilliant."

"The house is clean and has everything you need. Especially the fireplace is very nice and warm. Nice large kitchen. We went skiing, the slope is at about a 5 min walk, very close. Communication with the host was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. "Das Haus bietet für zwei Familien ordentlich Platz. Die Einrichtung ist zweigeteilt, einerseits moderne Bäder und Wellnessbereich, andererseits alte Küche mit sehr kleinem Herd für die Personenbelegung und old-fashioned Möbel in den Wohn und Schlafzimmern. Betten sind mit 80cm sehr schmal. Die Sauna lässt sich mit dem zu kleinen Ofen nicht über 60 Grad bringen. Ansonsten super Lage, beste Kommunikation über das Hotel nebenan, wo man auch Elektroautos laden kann. Wegen der old-fashioned Möbel und...

"Fijne week gehad met 8 personen. 4 kids en 4 volwassenen. Veel inventaris aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was ook erg prettig. Gaskachel houd het huis goed warm. Ca 400 m lopen naar de rode piste bij dolomietenhof waar je ook lekker kan eten. Skischool freeride alpin bij donnerkogelbahn was prima geregeld voor onze kids. Voor beginners wat lastig om verder het gebied in te gaan. Dan zijn piste 14 en 11(a) nog net te doen. Mooie week gehad"

"Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus mit tollem Bergpanorama. Empfang an der Rezeption inkl. Leckerlirs für die Hunde. Viele Ausflugsziele ."

"Das Haus ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Strom fällt aus, eine Steckdose summte. Die Sülmaschine spült schlecht. Auf der Terrasse ragen Holzsplitter aus den Holzdielen. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht."

"Man kann ein wenig rumnörgeln: Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, viel Staub und Spinnweben, das müsste besser werden. Pool und Sauna waren prima. Lage ist in Ordnung, ist halt etwas abseits und am Hang, ohne Auto geht nicht viel. Das Restaurant vor Ort war leider nichts, die wirkten überfordert. Parkplätze gibt es glaube ich zu wenig, es war stellenweise alles zugeparkt, wenn dann auch morgens noch die Sauberkolonnen anrücken wurde es hier und da ziemlich eng. Schöner Blick von den meisten Häusern."
