It was a very nice apartment style room. Very close to the station as well like a five minute walk. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Awful hotel. Manager on Holiday. Ran out of food
Terrible stay. No dental kit. As i forgot toorhbrush and it was late at night i needed to get a taxi to a night store. The restaurant ran out of food so i need to order Uber eats. They only had enough food for 5 reservations. Room Tiny and poorly designed. Hairdyer worked perfectly on day one on day 2 it didnt. I think someone swopped the hairdyer. No spare hairdryer meaning it took forever to dry hair. One day i needed to leave for business with wet hair. Shower trickled no power. Needed to stay in shower much longer to get shampoo off hair. Manager not available to deal with complaint. They manager was on holiday. Requested a call left telephone number twice and email. No response from hotel. No reduction in stay. Terrible experience.

Sympa mais pas 3 étoiles
La chambre était trop petite, pas de place dans l'armoire pour la valise et le lit était trop petit et étroit. Je coignait plusieurs fois au mur quand je dormais. Il y a eu une tâche jaune sur la housse de couette. Le personnel est très symphatique et souraint. A mon avis, c'est un hôtel de 2 étoiles.

24 hour reception, which was good as I arrived at 2.00am. It was in the middle of the heat wave so the room was hot...a.c would have been nice. Very quiet area so open windows helped (a bit). At €15.50 breakfast was rather Spartan.

Not the friendliest staff, and the amunt of water coming out os shower was alittle and it took longer to take shower. the hallway smelled.

Room was a bit a bit stuffy as there was no air conditioning. There were loose and broken fittings. Fairly tired looking. The staff helped compensate for these areas by being very helpful.

Nice apartment near to main station
The apartment I stayed in was nice and spacious. It was very near to the main train station, and there are a lot of amenities around.

Lovely Inn
We stayed at this lovely inn for New Years and it was perfect. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Tulip in is not far from the train stop and a block or so from lots of food options. The Tulip Inn has a great restaurant as well. I would definitely recommend it again.

Convenient and comfortable
The room was comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes easy walk from Hilversum station.

Hotel close to center
The room was clean, shower and toilet ok. The kitchenette was ok except the dishwasher was in Dutch the frying pan was not for an electric plate ! The two beds were squeezed into a small room up against the wall on one side and maybe six inch space on the other. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't go back to that hotel or recommend to friends !

I was upgraded to the apartments, which are short walk away from the main hotel but closer to the town centre. Overall the apartment was a decent standard and good for the 1 night I stayed. Beds were two single though rather than a double.

Location was fantastic, staff were great very helpful, fridge didn't work the whole time of our stay. Would definitely stay and recommend the apartment again.

Convenient for the Hilversum Media Park
Convenient for the Hilversum Media Park, and also for the restaurants and bars of Hilversum town centre. It is probably the best hotel in Hilversum, but unfortunately, like all the big hotels in town it is operated by the same company Amrath. This lack of competition shows itself in price and in the tired and out-dated decor and facilities.

The room was noisy, could hear people above talking and walking around - due to no carpet underlay or insulation. Lighting was inadequate. Very uncomfortable chair for working. Towels smelled disgusting. Earplugs are essential. The staff constantly tried to practise their English on me even though I speak Dutch. Restaurant food is mediocre. Meat wasn't heated up properly. They only seem to be interested in saving money in this place.

Apartments are ideal for you to use as a basis for travelling around also everthing is within 10 minutes walk of the apartments.

Basic self contained apartment
This place is ok if your wanting a basic self contained apartment, wifi didn't work, no air conditioning and no lift so lifting suitcases to the 3rd story was not fun, staff came across rather rude.. Was very clean and fine for 1 night.. Also do note it is in a different building from where the address states and where you check in..

great value!
Wanted to go to Amsterdam, but it was way too expensive to stay that weekend. We were in the apartments of the hotel, which had a nice large floorplan, kitchen with the essentials, and was quiet. The bed sunk in in the middle and was curved up at the edges, so it was a bit uncomfortable, but manageable. The train was about a 10min walk, BUT if you don't have 11 euro on coins you can't get a ticket. The ticket machines don't take bills at that station, nor does it take Visa or MasterCard. Our 20min trip took us 1h30, which sucked.

Very comfortable but a bit noisy at night
Very comfortable room but I was disturbed by noise at night. I could hear the conversation from a neighbouring room as if it was taking place in my room. Very convenient if you are doing business in Mediapark or the Sportpark (ie Nike) but take earplugs.

Good value hotel.
Room fine and functional.very clean but small. Lighting poor, only one bedside light. Bed was underneath window which let in a very cold draught even when window tightly closed. We had to use a scarf to try to stop the draught. Beds very comfortable. Free Internet and printing excellent so could check in on line for flight.
