"This was a very minimalist place. No hand soap by the sink. They said to use the shower gel. Then outside their control the power went out in middle of night due to storm. We had no hot water and no lights in stairwell to get down 4 flights of stairs and I'm pretty certain this is a fire code violation. The weather is outside their control and now they are refusing any kind of remediation!! No concern whatsoever. They are blaming the city of Madison. Baymont will continue to hear from me."

"Cut decorations, very helpful night desk clerk, Bar area is super cute but was understaffed and out of many food options and drink options, bartender was super nice and did the best he could under the circumstances; Room was clean."
