Unfortunately it was cool and rainy during our stay so we didn’t get to use the waterfront but we did enjoy a delicious dinner in the dining room. They had lots of board games available and the room was very comfortable with good internet and lots of tv channels for entertainment.

Beautiful lakefront property! We stayed for two nights—our first night was in a two-bedroom motel room with another couple, and we appreciated having a table and chairs to relax and visit. Our second night was in a lakefront king room, which was wonderful. Both rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially the owner, Mike, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Beautiful setting and lovely accommodations. I loved that they provided life jackets and free use of kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. The kids loved the field to play games and the dock on the water was great for jumping into the lake. The frog pad was a big hit and kept them occupied! The fire in the evening was great, even though we had to put the kids to bed and didn't get to spend much time there. We did not use the restaurant, but maybe next time! We plan to return.

Our stay at Somerset Lakeside Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake in our booking, and all his help to resolve it immediately made us feel welcome. The resort itself is truly a hidden gem, spotless, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking lakeside views. It was the perfect escape from the city and exactly the peaceful getaway we needed. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable lakeside retreat.

Our room was beautifully appointed & the bed was comfortable. Our hosts were friendly & helpful. Great location after our snowshoe day at Silent Lake. I would suggest there be another wastebasket & another mirror, besides the ones in the bathroom. Somerset Lakeside Resort is in a stunning location. I look forward to visiting again.

Just spend a few nights at this place. Nice welcome when in checking, property looks nice and Orval clean, unfortunately we didn’t see any service for the nights we are there, not ones they come and clean the room, garbage or changes the towels, in the end we had to ask for towels and take away the garbage and use are own garbage bags. Are room never got clean sweep or floors washed is to bad. For all the time we there we didn’t see any staff working. No
