Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.

We have had an excellent stay at the Park Plaza Westminster, from check in to departure. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Really couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Great location, very close to Waterloo and transport links. We didn’t use the pool or spa but will definitely return ...
