Romantic getaway for two in this beautiful cottage with vaulted ceilings and Juliet balcony!. 2 steps to entrance.

First Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 27" Freeview Smart TV Ensuite: Bath, Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed private garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 Years.. These two beautiful cottages, Knoll Cottage (ref UK31171) and East Cottage (ref UKC4432) have been renovated to a high standard and are just the place you need to be for a romantic getaway. Originally dating back to the 1500’s the cottages have lots of features. They are next to a public footpath which leads to the National Trust area of Brent Knoll, with Brent Knoll Hill, that is perfect for walkers, where the views are stunning. Just 3 miles away from the Somerset coast and in easy reach to the mystical village of Glastonbury and one of the smallest cities in England, Wells, with its breath-taking cathedral and bishop’s palace. The wonders of the Cheddar caves and gorge are not far either, and for shopping enthusiasts, there is Clark Village Designer Outlet close by, and of course Bristol and Bath with their great shops and eateries are less than an hour away. Beach 3 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Loved it! Beautiful, well - equipped cottage in a picturesque setting surrounded by green space. Good walks and a couple of pubs close by. Excellent food at the Red Cow, great walk over Brean Down and Brent Knoll, a relaxing afternoon at the beach, a visit to Weston SM, and Burnham on Sea, a trip to the Mediaevil village of Axebridge and a walk around the reservoir, together with Canoeing on the Bridgewater Canal at Somerset Boat Centre, provided us with plenty to do. Some lovely village pubs in Axebridge to wile away the afternoon after a long walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a gorgeous cottage! It is a well equipped, private, stylish, cosy, comfortable property for 2 people in a pretty village in Somerset. The lovely owners are nearby and are really friendly and helpful.We have just come back from a week’s stay there and have had a great time. With a car, we have been able to visit plenty of places and have cycled along the attractive Strawberry Line and on the promenade at nearby Weston Super Mare. We have stayed in a variety of holiday cottages around the country and this has to be one of the best so far. Would definitely recommend and use again. Absolutely excellent!

East cottage is a lovely cottage in the country.

East cottage is a lovely cottage in the country. Beautifully built and furnished. Very comfy and cosy and very quiet. Great views and amazing walks nearby. Owners are very friendly and on hand for any questions. Supermarkets are about a 10 min drive away and a range of choices, Aldi, Asda and Tesco. Easy reach to the beach, which is about 10/15 mins drive. The only downside, if you’re reliant on wifi, it is very intermittent due to the rural location. This is the only reason I’ve marked the property down, as I needed wifi for working, I would have to keep resetting the box most of the day and evening. Aside from that, if you don’t need wifi, I’d highly recommend
