Welcome to the Inn at High Falls! 'The Roost' is our newly renovated farmhouse that features an open floor plan that is perfect for a family get together or weekend reunion. It is one of three self contained units on the property with a private deck and shared yard. Please walk in kick off your shoes, light the fireplace and leave your worries at the front door! Have a great stay!

We had a great time. Easy location to New Paltz and the house was clean.

Perfect size for family, plus 2 dogs. Location convenient to everything we wanted to do. Decent sized yard for dogs to get out.Had to replace batteries for tv remote and it would still not turn it off and on. Water pressure could be better in master bath.Overall great for our particular needs on this visit.

Lovely weekend in the Catskills

This was our first time in the Catskills. We were happy to find a dog friendly house. The house was clean and comfortable, with great light. It did advertise that there was a grill, but it was not usable. The house’s furniture was a bit dated.

Girls Weekend

Great Girls trip! We had plenty of room to spread out and a cozy living room to relax in. Loved the big table in the kitchen, fire pit outside and the quiet. We plan on returning with our guys for a couples trip. Good location for Mohunk spa and Hiking. We enjoyed New Paltz 15 minutes away.

Beautiful house

This house was exactly what we needed for a fun friends event. We planned on cooking and found enough equipment for the job. The beds were comfortable. The living room and kitchen were enormous, plenty of room for our decorations and activities. We were 15-20 mins from all of our outings including hikes, Robibero vineyard, 2 cider houses, and downtown New Paltz.

Convenient Location, Nice Property

We had a nice stay at the Inn at High Falls. It is a beautiful setting. Everything was good and it is definitely well equipped for longer stays than ours. There were a few things that need to be fixed. The diverter on the master bath room did not work well so the shower was very weak. Because it is a soaking tub it would have been helpful to have grab bars to get in and out and something to make the tub floor less slippery. Also, the dishwasher was not bolted down well. All in all, our stay was flawless and our communication with Frank prior to arrival was excellent.

Very cozy house. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom as well as the rest of the place was clean. Good communication from the owner.

Lovely getaway

Super cute and cozy getaway. Lots of space for the family to spread out. Comfy beds and we ewre grateful for the extra blankets! We really enjoyed some family time, despite the rain.

Exactly what we needed.

We had a wedding in New Paltz inconveniently on graduation weekend. All hotels were booked, and this was our closest option. Place was awesome, but we didn't spend much time at all enjoying it as we were busy with wedding things!

Family Wedding

It served its purpose for 2 nights. Lighting was poor. One lamp in living room didn’t work. Overhead lights in kitchen were not compatible with dimmer switch and just flickered annoyingly. Kitchen plates and cups seamed none existent. Pots and pans were old and in need of replacing. Master shower was terrible with a single stream, no pressure and also very slippery. One of the sofas had cushions that sunk into the coach. Time to be replaced.
