"Whole hotel looks like it was good 20 years ago and someone just forgot to do anything with it since. We booked a non smoking room but when we entered the room the smoke was so heavy I could taste it and there were burn marks all over the carpet. We asked to be moved and got a new room which smellt like a mixture of smoke and peppermint airfreshener to hide it. At least in
this room it was still manageable.
Stains in the carpet but bedlinnen and bathroom were clean.
Personell was friendly...

"Room is spacious, Outside onsen is good but quite cold. Breakfast is surprisingly good and serviced by staff. Hotel area is very spacious and good photo-taking.
