"Property was well situated for walking and Southwald. The room was a good size and the information to access the property was very good. Parking was also good. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet, so bathroom heating would have been appreciated. The plumbing was noisy ie air in the system, which woke us up during the night."

The location is rural enough to be away from the hustle and bustle, whilst close enough to neighbouring towns. "The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay."
