"Acorn Lodge was a great place for us to stay to visit a friend in Aldeburgh, eat out at The Lighthouse and The Regatta and to enjoy a day full of companionable relaxation in the countryside. "Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area.
Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room.
The choice is excellent and includes veggie/vegan options. Great coffee.
The room was lovely and had everything needed for my stay - hairdryer, kettle and tea/coffee/milk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and quiet.
The WiFi was good. There was a TV but i didnt use it.
