Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all. "The staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was fast and efficient, which made arrival easy. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety including eggs, sausage, a waffle bar, and yogurt. The beds were comfortable and full-sized, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. My only concern was finding a few tiny cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing given how pleasant the rest of the experience was."

"The staff are always soo attentive! Every time I visit Fort Myers I stay at that hotel and the staff gets me in and out even down to the staff who so kindly cleans the rooms. I travel with a physical disabled mother and highly active autistic brother and they accommodate our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is quiet so my brother is never overwhelmed by overbearing noise. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience everytime I stay"
