" Breakfast was basic waffles, eggs, meat & potato options - decent. A/C was loud. Hotel has 5 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor - located at the end of the building next to maintenance room that was always open, was awkward while they sat there. Considering I could’ve booked the Trianon which is much more upscale for the same price - I would recommend you weigh your options a before booking here."

"The TV did not work the food that was breakfast was old I woke up to bugs in my bed. We went to the front desk they tried to move us to another room that the lock was broken and basically told us someone had to be in the room to unlock the door for the other person. Then they try to move me to a second floor when I specifically told them I’m disabled and cannot go upstairs then they got upset and said they would give us a refund and go someplace else then ran back with a disabled room mind you I had a medical procedure to stay so I had to move three times in pain not one compensation was even offered when I checked out the man at the desk was nasty. I asked for the manager several times miraculously there’s no manager on site don’t ever go here. "
