"Good place to stay since Bern station is just 10 mins away and the bus stop is across the road. Room cleaning was not up to standard. Bed was made up and trash was cleaned. That's about it. Vaccuming or swiping the tables once in three night would have been nice. Pillows were not comfortable. Bed was good. AC didn't work. If it did, it never brought the temp below 27 degrees when people were inside. I kept windows open at night. Friendly and responsive staff"

Staff told me they would let me know if a room became available, they did not and when I called front desk they did not have any notes on my situation. I was told there may be a room me could stay in but he had to check on it and would call me back. Never called and when I stopped at the desk he said it was better for me to find another place. I understand this was my error but in the time I was waiting for an answer, we lost out on some hotel rooms. First hey should have responded to me in the morning had someone done their job. Secondly they should have been honest up front about the other room."
