We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"I traveled here alone in early September. The property was beautiful! The rooms were very clean and modern, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The property is secure - I felt very safe there. The food was incredible, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. "This property was true to the pictures. There was plenty of room in for our family of 7. It was at a good location outside of Jaco and close enough to the San Jose airport to get our 12:30 flight. The deep sea fishing and surfing lessons were within 30 minutes. Make sure you put in the correct Playa Hermosa address if you go to Manuel Antonio so not to go in the wrong direction."

"My family and I visited for a week and had a lovely time! It was so nice to have the beach and Yo-yo’s bar so close, we all enjoyed sitting by the pool and drinking piña colada’s and dinning at YoYo’s. Several mini market are close within a quick drive. The town of Jaco itself was full of thrilling adventures and was an amazing experience overall. The house was clean and offered many amenities and necessities. There is truly an awesome time to be had at Casa Alma!"

"It would've been nice to have the a/c units and fan on upon entering. There was no hot water the first night but the hosts took care of it the next day. Ants were a problem in the kitchen and upstairs... when we got home one evening, there was mice droppings on the kitchen counter....the house is beautifully made and laid out well. It needs a good deep cleaning and pest control."

"There were 8 of us that stayed at this property. It was incredibly clean and beautiful. The AC was super cold and we never ran out of hot water (even with all of us showering at night). Carlos, the property manager, was extremely helpful and kind. We watched the surf competition from the back of the property that Saturday. Overall it was a great experience!"
