The kitchenette in the back of the living room is equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer and offers plenty of space. The bright bedroom also has a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a wardrobe and an additional TV. High-quality mattresses and insect repellent ensure a restful sleep. The spacious bathroom with window has a walk-in shower and vanity / WC and hairdryer. The furnished balcony facing northeast is accessible from the living area and offers a wide view of Heringsdorf. A beach chair ensures a little seclusion on the balcony. The apartment is assigned a parking space in the underground car park, which is also accessible via the elevator.
If a guest wants to take his favorite dog on vacation, he may let him sleep in his own basket in the apartment.
Newly built in 2017, Haus Maxim is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. In the direction Lindenstraße opens up from the hillside the panorama of the Baltic Sea resort. After about 500m you reach the charming promenade, the longest pier in Germany and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues and all the amenities of a beautiful resort can be found within a few minutes walk.
