Das ganze Umfeld ist sauber und lädt zum Spazieren ein. Leider wie immer ist der Urlaub zu kurz. Gern wieder."

"Die Wohnung und das Haus bzw. das Grundstück waren in einem super Zustand, also keinerlei Beanstandungen. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation der Wohnungen 5-8 ist schlecht gelöst, durch das vorhandene Carport. Wenn alle Wohnungen belegt sind kann man die Parkplätze nicht nutzen, da zu eng. Durch diese Situation ist leider ein anderer Gast des Hauses an unserem Auto angeeckt. Aus Verzweiflung haben wir dann vor dem Haus alternativ parken müssen."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße, doch vom Verkehrslärm hört man im Grunde nichts. In guten 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und die Seebrücke Heringsdorf ist dann auch nicht mehr weit. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, sodass man Bus und Bahn spontan nutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Auf die Terrasse haben wir uns aufgrund der vielen Stechmücken nicht getraut. Dafür kann aber natürlich die Unterkunft nichts. Die Auffahrt zum Carport (Parkplatz) ist - wie von anderen Gäst*innen beschrieben - sehr steil und eng. Mit unserem Kleinwagen war dies allerdings machbar. "Sehr netter und herzlicher Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer beim Check in sowie bei weiteren Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet genügend Platz für eine Familie. Sie ist voll ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand. Kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten sind zu machen, die nicht ins Gewicht fallen. "Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten - Schlafen rechts, Wohnen links, Bad und Flur in der Mitte. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. ein paar Gewürze; Staubsauger und Kinderhochstuhl sind auch da. Einzig offener Wunsch für's nächste Mal: ein Haken in der Küche, um ein Geschirrhandtuch aufzuhängen :) Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder."

"Der Urlaubsort war schon bekannt. Die Wohnung wurde zum ersten mal gebucht. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles nutzbar, an den Möbeln, den Wänden und Böden und einigen Einrichtungsständen hat die Zeit aber ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon (Meerblick) ist sehr schön. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage befindet sich in einer Ecke der Tiefgarage direkt am Aufzug und war mit einem Kombi nutzbar. Wir würden die Wohnung für zwei Personen und Hund noch einmal...

"Die Funktion der einzelnen Hausschlüssel konnte beim Check-In nicht erläutert werden. FEWO-Türe klemmt und knarrt laut, alle Sitzmöbel sind durchgesessen und verschlissen. Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Schlaf-Bewegung laut. Leuchten im Flur mit defekten Birnen. Küchennutzung durch Platzmangel etwas eingeschränkt. Viel Verkehrslärm durch fahrende und parkende Autos und einen Regen Buslinienverkehr bei beiden Straßenseiten. Tiefgarage nur als Gitterkorbparkplatz möglich."

Very nice rooms
"We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away. We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished. It was one of those rooms that you just feel really cosy and at home in, so that was perfect. Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing. Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach."

"I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach. The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!"
