"Uniquely designed and decorated! Renovated building with theme rooms and nostalgia items made for a fun stay. Check in and greeting by Tina was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was lovely with lots of options to start off the day! Location was fantastic, walking distance to great area to view this beautiful historic town. Highly recommend this stand out hotel. "

"Layout of the room could have been improved as could not use the couch and watch TV. TV was a bit small, tucked in the corner and too low to comfortably watch from the bed. Otherwise, clean, tidy and good service on arrival."

"The room was very clean with the kitchen supplies meticulously organized in the cabinets and drawers. The room has a glass wall to the parking area with a sliding glass patio door entrance to the room. I thought this was very odd, until the next place we stayed in New Zealand had the exact same design. Must be a New Zealand thing. The managers/owners(?) were very pleasant."
