"Quick check in process, clean hotel lobby & room, our room was missing bath towels and soap. Bed was very comfortable. Kind of frustrating that parking isn't included with the price of the stay, and the parking lot is a bit annoying to get in and out of"

"It's a really bad experience with the front desk. Lift was not working, key cards are not working. They cancelled my original reservation and tried to charge double rate saying my original reservation was no longer exists. The person who cancelled my reservation was not there, manager wasn't there. No matter how much I tried to bare with the staff, they're not ready to accommodate me and made me wait additional 45 mins as they're busy attacking other customers (even though my reservation was cancelled without any email or phone communication). Mistakes happen, in the hospitality industry, they would need to be courteous and own their mistakes."

"This is a great place to stay when in boston. Quite a bit cheaper than staying closer to downtown and alot nicer than staying in a hotel for 2x the price. Uber rides to downtown, Fenway and TD Gardens were about $30 and took about 20 min to get there. We were in room 6 and it was really big. Queen size bed but also room to walk around and lay out our stuff for the week. There is a shared bathroom but no problems there. They even provided slippers for the shower. Bathroom was right next to our room so made it super easy. The living room has couches and a tv and kitchen has everything you need. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a 3 level building so a total of 40 steps from the main street up to the top level. If you have mobility issues or are travelling with older adults with hip or knee issues it would be difficult. Owner was super easy to work with. We had a question when we arrived and he answered almost immediately. If we return to Boston as planned next year we would definitely stay here again."

"I would give Amenities a 4, but having to pay for WIFI is such a weird thing these days. Otherwise, the staff is totally on point, to the nines with attire and appearance, politeness and take care of business efficiently. Place is spotless!! For its age. "

"We were very pleased with the location and house, super clean, cute, and room to spread out! Overall A. About the only comment is for guests to realize the main bathroom has to go through one of the secondary bedrooms to reach the hallway and upstairs bathroom (and stairs). It was not a deal-breaker for us but just wanted to point that out if it matters to others. "

"The AC unit in the room was so loud and shook the wall. The deadbolt didn’t work. The door kept making a clicking sound all night. Other guests nearby i could hear every footstep and word. Construction outside started at 5am. I got no sleep."
