Deliberately falsely advertised as a hotel with swimming pool, gym, parking etc. But it was only a 3 bed end of terrace house with no signs to state it was B &B.
Business room selected but we got a tiny room with No facilities! No room TV, No Tea making facilities, No en-suite, no chairs, no table, etc. There was only one bathroom shared with 3 bedrooms!
No free parking so we had to park on the payment risking a parking fine.
No swimming pool or gym or restaurant on site! You had to travel over a mile to find them!
Sleep was interrupted by planes from Heathrow airport!
Do not even think about staying here!!!
100% unsatisfactory! We are so upset, outraged and disappointed.

An outlet closer to the head of the bed would have been great. Clean room and bathroom. You get exactly what you’re promised. I had a room with a bathroom.

"Really great location. Comfortable beds. Great pub attached to hotel. Staff friendly. There was an event on in the North building on the groundfloor. We were on the 6th flootr and could still near the music at midnight!Breakfast was good.There is no aircon in the north building."
