"Had to pay 500dkk/$75 (4 nights) for an upgrade as the initial room I was assigned had a very small toilet/shower area. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to a supermarket and train station. Loved my upgraded room especially the modern bathroom. The microwave and coffee machine (20dkk$2 per small cup) are of great use. Be aware that there is no AC in any room. Will stay here again as the airport is just 3 minutes via the train."

"Just steps away from Copenhagen Central train station making it super convenient to explore the area. Hotel was comfortable with staff available 24/7 to assist with whatever may come up. The king supreme room was clean and comfy after long days walking the city. Would stay again."

"All was excellent including the outstanding ocean views. I did find it odd that I requested a superior twin room with a bathtub and instead received a wheelchair accessible room with remote control beds. Perhaps something was lost in translation? No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!"
