No salio nadie ayudarnos a mi hija y a mi. Nos veían y no hacían nada. Pedí una habitación q decía vista soho pague por eso y la habitación estaba ventana con ventana a un edificio. Lo peor fue la asistencia del personal."

"The bathroom hasn't been renovated since the last century. The towels were mostly "see-through". The unique (in my experience) elevator programming provided a sense of security. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. But this hotel needs renovation. Big time."

"Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Rooms are shockingly shabby and bathrooms are unacceptably filthy. The only two perks for this hotel are the location on Broadway and the fact that the restaurant, Friedman’s, is fantastic and has excellent food and waitstaff support. "
