We have visited this property multiple times. The staff is always very helpful (this time they immediately changed our room when we complained the first one smelled like smoke) but the property is starting to feel run down. The sliding door between bathroom and bedroom would not close properly, bulbs were not replaced, etc. And there is extensive construction going on in the office park around them, which they can't control but is not ideal.

The property is beautiful but I was checked in by the most unfriendly person I ever met in the position of guest services. No greeting no smile no pleasantries. At almost $400 per night I was EXTREMELY SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED

Very nice property although a bit pricey. Got a ticket for a welcome drink when we arrived. The room with sitting area was nicely appointed although a better coffee maker would have been welcome (keurig or similar). There was a very good breakfast with an omelet station available. Staff was friendly.

Hotel seemed over-booked. We were given a room at first with fewer beds than I booked. Then put in another one, where another family barged in a few hours later! They were given a key to same room. No WiFi and the pool was insanely crowded. Strange.

Had an excellent weekend stay, staff was friendly. Hotel in great condition the bathroom wasn’t dirty, but a little more attention to details in certain areas would be nice. But overall great stay would stay again!
