The location is ideal—just steps from Schönbrunn Palace and gardens, with easy access to public transportation that makes exploring Vienna simple and stress-free. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a quiet retreat after full days of sightseeing. The bed was excellent, as was the shower! "

"Staff was excellent, especially young lady with braces! Room was great - very clean and we had an amazing view from up on the 10th floor. Love the location, 10 steps from the tram. My only complaint - and it’s with H2 across the board - is that the shower has clear glass doors and there’s a mirror directly across from it so you can see into the shower from anywhere you’re in the room. For a mother and her adult son traveling together, (and I would imagine for two friends, or pretty much any combo that is not ) this is not comfortable. "
