There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad.

All in all, a really good stay. Very clean hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, if a little bit small, but to be expected in a major city, the location is very convenient. I didn't want to be right in the city centre. I'm actually staying here for a meeting in Saverne. If I had to find one tiny fault, I would say the car park is a little small. I struggled to find a space when I arrived quite late yesterday, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. All in all, a good stay, good value, and I'll be booking here again for the next time I have this meeting.
