"When we arrived the door was locked with no instructions to get in. The owner of the restraunt in front of yhe hotel called the owner for us he gave us a passcode to open the lock box for our key to enter. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy behind the building. "

"When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. "

The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". "The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there. The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all. "

"This must be one of my favorite hotels. Perfectly located in a scenic vineyard, close to Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg. The staff are amazing here. Very international and friendly. We had amazing food here, too. The local dishes are definitely worth trying, as well as their iced teas. Room was very nice and we had a little terrace that we could drink our hot chocolate on in the evening as we looked over the vineyards. "

    "As hotels and rooms go this felt premium, easily on par with Canopy/Double Tree. The amenities were great, nice bar + cafe + bistro on site as well as a spa/pool. 5 minute walk from the tram system, 15-20 minute walk from town centre. Behind the hotel is an arcade containing convenience stores, eateries and a bar. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast buffet was enormous and had something for everyone. All told I would most certainly stay here again. I travel extensively for work and would safely say this is on the better end of accommodation."
