"The floor in the room was dirty. Behind the door was visible dirt and hair. Also the shower had mold around the shower pan. Other than that it was very clean."

"Nice simple hotel with comfy beds. Very easy to get to from the airport and a nice walk into the old town. Pool table to play on in the lobby, and a decent breakfast selection. Would recommend for an affordable city break."

"We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in September 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed! This is a lovely hotel well located near the beach and just a short walking distance to the old town. We had a premier room and it was very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location for all sights and amenities. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were very clean, a great size and beds were very comfortable too. Will definitely use again if we return to Bilbao."
