"Not only were the rooms beautiful and super clean, the beds were the most comfortable we had experienced in our travels. San Sebastián is a real gem. We found the location on the waterfront quite ideal to access everything we needed and wanted. The staff were outstanding. The restaurant, front desk and Liere the considerate are the very best! "Great value, centrally located, very nice rooms, and a breakfast to “die for” I liked this hotel very much. It was easy walking distance to major attractions like Guggenheim Museum, Old Town, Metro Stations, and Gran Via. My room was quiet, and well laid out. The included breakfast had a lot of great options but the highlight for me was the “Death By Chocolate” cake…for breakfast! I almost feel guilty that I at a slice each morning. Not only would I want to stay in this Bilbao hotel again, but I will look to see if the hotel chain operates in other cities I plan to visit in the future. Very happy with my choice and highly recommend it to others. "
