"This hotel needs tidying up but all in all was fit for what we needed the room was clean need touching up and painting beds was comfy but single bed headgaurd was loose to find the hotel carpark was a bit confusing i would stay again its reasonable priced for what it is "
"Beautiful room, lovely bathroom. Service was excellent and really helpful and accommodating. Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again. "
