The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy not only inside the hotel but in the grounds aswell. The beds were comfy although would of been nice if they had a larger quilt.

Staff were amazing. Quite tired, but you can see they have improved in areas. The shower said it takes 10 minutes for hot water to come through, its an older building. I gave up after 20 mins. Shower head needs descaling too. Attention to detail makes a difference. Staff were great though

An ok stay however our room I felt in comparison to others was one that needed a little updating and was comfortable but basic. To be asked to settle my bill as I walked in the door was a little abrupt but didn’t take away from our overall stay.

Booked 2 nights & 3 rooms for family & friends. We were attending Goodwood members meet. Slight issue on Friday night was no restaurant but a special steak night in bar. Too expensive for us. Went 5 mins down Road & had a carvery. Saturday again no restaurant so ate out again. Breakfast we all went to carvery down road after checkout on Sunday morning. Bar & staff all very good

Friendly and helpful staff and excellent food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The only faults were: the shampoo bottle in the shower was impossible for me to use, as I have weak wrists. I had to call my partner in to squeeze the bottle and even he found it difficult. It would be impossible for someone with arthritis to use. Also, we could not reduce the temperature of the radiator, It was either hot or cold.

Uncomfortable bed. Loud kitchen extractor outside the bedroom window. Very noisy bathroom extractor. Rusty toilet roll holder. The breakfast was nice. However was described as a fresh cooked breakfast but it was a buffet. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.
