Luxury executive apartment. Near new split-level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. This apartment has a flat screen television, DVD player and is airconditioned. There is a barbecue and outdoor setting on the balcony. This property is close to Bennetts Beach and Jimmys Beach in Hawks Nest and has two undercover parking spaces and lift access from garage. Sleeps 6- 8 (2 queens, 2 singles and a sofa bed) . This property is close shops and restaurants and bars. Property has WIFI. *strictly no pets*

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.
We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups.The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.

We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival.

Comfortable house with convenient location

The house had absolutely everything you need .The location is walking distance to both beaches.This house might not be suitable for toddlers as the style of stairs wouldn't be safe. Large balcony with nice shade after lunch.It was nice and quiet at night.The house does need a fine detail clean but overall was clean and presented well The down side was the bed in our room(ensuite) was not comfortable ot was old squeeky and would roll into the middle. The house was airy and beautiful natural light.We stayed with teenagers and had enough space for everyone, upstairs has a tv and sofa too.I understand it is a holiday home and we provide everything on arrival however some soap would have been appreciated just to get us by on arrival before our shopping trip. The air-conditioning was ok but upstairs rooms did get very hot but has fans. I would recommend
