The living room has reverse cycle air conditioning as does the main bedroom which also has an ensuite. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Only 200 metres to the surf beach, short stroll to golf course and shops. This beautifully appointed home has good availability as its new to the rental market. Sleeps 6 (2 queens and 2 singles). Property has WIFI. *strictly no pets*

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.
