Charcoal BBQ. * General:  Oil central heating and wood burner. * Utilities: An electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The Rayburn is for decoration only. *  Standard:  Iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle. *  Other:  Bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate. * Layout: The property is laid over three floors. *  Parking: One space for small/medium car against the wall opposite the cottage. Disappointing

The property was much smaller than expected and we were disappointed by the quality of furnishings and equipment some of which were old (floor coverings and kitchen utensils) and unacceptable in our view. We felt the photographs had been staged and larger groups would have struggled to have had a comfortable experience. The shower was difficult to use and was inaccessible for those who might have any physical issues and particularly so if pregnant or with balance problems.

Very Enjoyable

Lovely house.. very clean with lots of equipment... everything we needed for our family stay. Great location for looking around the town and as a base for walking... 20 minute drive to the start of the three peaks walk. Had a great time.
