"The images are misrepresenting.This cabin itself looked fine but it is in a run down park sitting on wheels on a gravel mound - completely exposed / no privacy and the neighbouring vans are in disrepair. It is surrounding by scrub and next to a huge drain that runs out into the ocean. As a 60 year old woman travelling alone I drove to the park and felt very unsafe and isolated. I returned my keys and found alternate accommodation. The woman at the park store made totally inappropriate comments s about neighbouring van owners when I expressed my concern. Luckily I was refunded after a lot of communication and inconvenience. "

"Just A quick overnight stay on our way up to the ferry. Our cabin was great, nice and spacious for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Right next to the amenities. Everything nice and tidy and room warm. Everything you need to cook and eat in the kitchen and bathrooms tidy.lovely spot"

"Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!"
