Our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom second floor suite is the perfect location to watch the sunset across the Pacific ocean and see the whales breach during the winter months! This spacious unit is fully furnished with island decor and granite counter tops to give it an elegant and clean look. Brand new plank flooring was installed in December 2022. The kitchen is fully appointed with appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, a blender, coffee pot, and more --- perfect for making a gourmet meal or blending up your favorite island cocktail! The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has one king bed and one twin bed, and there is a sofa bed included in the condo. This unit can accommodate up to 7 people. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The master bath has a shower and the guest bathroom has a tub and a shower. A blow dryer is conveniently provided as are linens and towels.

The resort sits atop lush tropical grounds and offers a beautiful heated swimming pool, shuffle board, a fitness center, an activities desk, laundry facilities, free WI-FI and more!

The Royal Kahana is one of the highest demanded resorts on Maui. The location is prime, right on the ocean in West Maui and is close to all the places you'll want to visit while here. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, banking, a fresh Farmer's Market, gourmet coffee stores, and more! Just a short drive away to our islands best beaches, most popular luaus, Honolua Bay Marine Reserve, and some of the best surfing on the island!

*Please Note: Due to oceanic and environmental issues, we can not predict the amount of beach front (or access to it) that will be available at the time of your stay. Sometimes there is a beach at Royal Kahana, and sometimes there isn't. This is an ocean front resort on a volcanic island.

Relaxing Getaway

The host was very good with communication, the property was gorgeous and just as it looked in the pictures. We were walking distance from quite a few great shops but rented a car which I recommend doing for this location. Great community in the Area!

Lived our rental, perfect location and slept 7 people easily! Would highly recommend. Only downfall was that you couldn’t set thermostat lower then 76 degrees. Was a bit humid in condo

The ice maker does not work in the refrigerator so we had to get ice in the basement each day. When we had heavy rain, water came in through the master bedroom window & the living room slider so that had to be cleaned up, however the place is nice & the resident's were friendly. The place is located near world class surfing & snorkeling.

Great place at decent price

This is a nice, basic condo N of Kanapali with short drive to stunning beaches. The beach here is eroded some but we enjoyed playing in the waves and lounging by the nice sized pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Good place if focus of trip is this area.

Great stay!

Had a great time staying here. It easily fit our party of 7, and was right next to the beach. All the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The kitchen came with all the basic spices, and general necessities needed to cook for all 7 of us. We ended up purchasing an additional pot for the vrbo. We would definitely book again!

Maui vacay

We had the most amazing time in Maui! The condo was very spacious bigger than i thought it was going to be. Well equipped had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the sliding door it was a little loose so with the wind it made for a little more noise at night with the wind other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if we visit again

Exactly as Pictured

This was a great location, very nice floor plan and many thoughtful touches like boogie boards and beach chairs in closet, to full size coffee and spices in the cabinet. The property had a nice pool, grills and tables facing the sunset...such an amazing view...and of course the beach was fantastic. The few maintenance problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We would be happy to come back!

The bedrooms were separated by the kitchen. The place felt spacious. Everything we needed was in the condo for cooking. There were even beach chairs and a boogie board. The host was extremely friendly and I appreciated so much that we were able to book and be in the place within 30 mins! It was very clean and the pool was great. We were able to go out onto the beach, there are warning signs but there were others out there. It was located near a lot of beach parks, within walking distance to some. There is a brewery with great food and beer right across the street also, along with a convenience store and beach equipment rental place. Beautiful view of the ocean, pool and palm trees from the lanai. Thank you to the amazing hosts!!! We will definitely choose to stay here if we come back to lovely Maui.June 2019

Hawaii Christmas

Our visit was amazing as always in Hawaii. The property itself needs updating. Also the unit we stayed in was nice enough but there were a few things we noticed on arrival. There was a small.tear in the couch cushion, missing piece or artwork on the wall, the guest bedroom.closet door didn't slide open fully, and the beach chairs they provided for use should just be thrown away they are so old and torn, it.would be better to not have any at all. Those things are pretty minor really, don't impact our stay. Biggest thing was the dust we noticed on the lower parts of furniture and under things., makes you wonder how well they clean other things. Tries.to contact the management to let them know about the issues so.we weren't charged and has to call them twice because they never returned my call. The rest of the visit was great and the property is right on the ocean with great views, saw whales jumping in the watet from.our lanai!
