Character Villa in the heart of Blenheim

This house is ideal for an adult family or groups of friends wanting to stay in the heart of Blenheim. Due to a few too many families who have let their children rub chocolate, ice-cream etc on couches, carpet and duvet covers, this house is only available to adults only and children over 10.

The house is close to town and the many wineries that Marlborough has to offer.

Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. The property is well laid out and basically furnished. The TV has all Freeview channels and Netflix available. The kitchen, dining and lounge is open plan, with bifolds opening out to the back deck and garden.

Free fibre optic WIFI for guest use.

There is a heat pump in the lounge and a heat pump in each bedroom, and a night store heater (comes on at 11pm and off at 7am daily) so the house is warm and cozy in winter.

Blenheim is the gateway to the South Island and only 25 mins drive from Picton and the Marlborough Sounds.

Great Location, Great House

Charlie's place was great. Walkable from many cafes and restaurants, and the house is awesome. We loved backyard and hung out back there frequently. Easy check-in/check-out, would highly reccomend for anyone visiting Belnheim.

Marvelous, Updated Blenheim House Close to Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre

This beautifully updated Blenheim house has a well-appointed living room & kitchen with three spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom & a half bathroom. It includes an excellent patio with a large grill, outdoor dining area -- all of which are set within a welcoming garden space. The house is located within easy driving distance of the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre, superb Marlborough wineries and Blenheim City Centre shops & restaurants.

Lovely gem in heart of Blenheim

Lovely home with some original features and a cool vibe. Beautiful back garden/ courtyard area perfect for relaxing in the summer. Peaceful stay in lovely updated house.

Full marks for this lovely old house which has been fully modernized. Rooms are huge, kitchen modern and well equipped. The backyard is lovely with greenery and a big comfortable deck area - we loved the fantails flitting about. And in a quiet neighbourhood as well! We could happily have stayed here longer than our three nights, and would love to return should we pass through Blenheim in the future.

We had the most relaxing stay in this bach. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were on holiday. The garden was beautiful and neat and tidy. The house was gorgeous and fully equipped from clean fresh linen to any utensil and crockery etc needed in the kitchen. The house was super clean!! The owner was always an email away to ask and answer questions. I highly recommend this Bach!!!
