"The location of home is close to beach. Inside home was clean and stocked well. There is no a/c at this property but there are plenty of windows to open. The breeze from the ocean is nice. The outside of the home was less than desirable. The grass was so tall in spots that I (5’5” tall) couldn’t see over it. I almost fell through a board on the porch when it broke from rusted nails. Also, this property is located directly behind someone that has roosters in cages. Many, many roosters. You will...
