Only criticism was lack of choice in restaurant and one has to ask for the room to be made up , which I only realized when I came back late from a business meeting and had not been explained when checking in. Other issue was that they charged more than indicated on the Hotels.com booking, which I only found out by chance - they did refund me though but it could have easily been overlooked.
