"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places to eat nearby."

"Check in time 4pm, room not ready. Give us 45 mins. Come back and still not ready. Finally give us another room. No toilet paper or facecloths. Had to go to desk for toilet paper. Asked for facecloths got a dirty pillowcase outside our door instead. Never recd them. Door to shower was broken. Toilet you had to take the top off to stop to stop it from running. Never stay at Homewoods suites again. "

"If you’re staying multiple days you’ll have an attitude from the staff if you stay too long. They offer crap coffee and that’s it. At least there are restaurants close by. The TV didn’t work properly and neither did the keys, you had to constantly get the key reprogrammed. My AC went out on a 90 degree day. Sheets and bathroom were clean tho"

"I stay here about twice a year for various reasons. Overall, the room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The trash can in the bedrom area didn’t have a trash bag, so the desk attendant gave me a laundry bag. The grout in the shower needed tending to. Additionally, they ran out of wings at the bar, so I had to leave the hotel to get food. I would still recommend staying here; no place is perfect. They also give you a warm cookie at check in, which I love."
